Zhou Kai, male, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1977. He has an in-service postgraduate diploma and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Scope of Authority
He is responsible for the work on finance, taxation, state-owned assets management, reform on state-owned enterprises, and defusing of debts.
He is in charge of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Municipal Government, and state-owned enterprises directly under the Municipal Government.
He assists the mayor in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Finance, and the Municipal Bureau of Audit.
He coordinates work with the Municipal Taxation Bureau, Zhenjiang Branch of the People's Bank of China, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission Zhenjiang Branch, and other financial institutions in Zhenjiang.
